Introduction: By participating in the Child Sponsorship Program offered by Sewa Europe/sponsor a child, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
Sponsorship Commitment:
As a sponsor, you commit to providing financial support to a child in need as specified in your sponsorship agreement.
Sponsorship contributions must be made consistently and on the agreed-upon schedule, which may be monthly, quarterly, or annually.
Child Selection:
The child you sponsor will be selected by Sewa Europe/sponsor a child based on their criteria, which may include age, location, and specific needs.
You may request a child from a specific region or age group, but the final selection remains at the discretion of the organization.
Privacy and Communication:
Sewa Europe/sponsor a child will facilitate communication between you and the sponsored child through letters, emails, or other means.
Personal information about the child and their family will be kept confidential.
Duration of Sponsorship:
Sponsorship is an ongoing commitment until:
You choose to terminate your sponsorship.
The child's circumstances change, rendering them ineligible for sponsorship.
Sewa Europe/sponsor a child discontinues the sponsorship program.
Termination of Sponsorship:
You may terminate your sponsorship at any time by notifying Sewa Europe/sponsor a child in writing.
Sewa Europe/sponsor a child reserves the right to terminate a sponsorship if you fail to meet your financial commitments or violate these terms and conditions.
Financial Contributions:
Sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
Any changes to the sponsorship contribution amount or frequency must be communicated to Sewa Europe/sponsor a child in advance.
Use of Funds:
Funds provided by sponsors will be used to support the child's basic needs, including but not limited to education, healthcare, nutrition, and shelter.
A portion of your sponsorship contribution may be used for program administration and overhead costs.
Updates and Reporting:
Sewa Europe/sponsor a child will provide periodic updates on the child's progress, including photos, school reports, and other relevant information.
You may request additional information or updates as needed.
Child's Well-Being:
Sewa Europe/sponsor a child is committed to the welfare of the sponsored child and will ensure that their needs are met to the best of their ability.
Sponsorship contributions are not intended for specific, individual gifts to the child but are allocated for the child's overall well-being.
Changes to Terms and Conditions:
Sewa Europe/sponsor a child reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, with notice provided to sponsors.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FInland.

By participating in the Child Sponsorship Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
